Responsible Gaming at bg252

bg252 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or place any wager on this site. By using bg252, you confirm that you meet this age requirement under Bangladeshi law and the site's Terms & Conditions.

We take underage gambling very seriously. Our verification checks are designed to prevent minors from accessing real-money games. If you suspect an underage person is using this platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At bg252, responsible gaming is not a checkbox — it is a core part of how we operate. We have built our platform with tools that give players in Bangladesh full control over how much they spend, how long they play, and whether they continue at all.

We do not target vulnerable individuals, and we actively monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour. If our team identifies unusual patterns in a player's account, we will reach out proactively to offer support. Your well-being always comes before our revenue.

Whether you are placing a cricket bet on a BPL match or spinning slots for fun, the same responsible gaming principles apply. bg252 encourages all players to set personal boundaries before they start playing — and to honour those boundaries every session.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Gambling can become a problem when it stops being a leisure activity and starts affecting daily life. Watch for these warning signs in yourself or someone close to you:

• Spending more money or time gambling than you originally planned
• Chasing losses by placing larger or more frequent bets
• Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends
• Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gambling
• Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you try to stop or cut back
• Using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, or personal problems

If two or more of these signs apply to you, we strongly encourage you to use the self-help tools described below or to contact our support team. You are not alone, and help is available.

Self-Help Tools Available on bg252

We have built practical tools directly into your account. You can access them at any time by contacting our support team through email. All requests are handled confidentially and with care.

• 💸

  Deposit Limits

Cap how much you can deposit per day, week, or month in BDT. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases take 7 days to protect you from impulsive decisions.

• ⏳

  Session Time Limits

Restrict how long each gambling session can last. When your set time expires, your session will end automatically and you will be prompted to take a break.

• 🚪

  Self-Exclusion

Suspend your bg252 account entirely for a period of 6 months or permanently. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. This option is for players who feel they need a significant break.

• 📅

  Time-Out Period

Take a short cooling-off break of 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days without fully closing your account. Ideal if you need a quick reset after a losing streak or stressful session.

• 🔔

  Reality Checks

Enable on-screen reminders at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) that show how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in the current session.

Golden Rules for Responsible Play

Keeping gambling enjoyable comes down to a few simple principles that every bg252 player should carry into every session:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose — never use rent, bill payments, or essential savings.
• Set a budget before every session and stop when that budget is reached, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Never chase losses. A bad run does not guarantee a winning run is coming next.
• Take regular breaks during a session. Step away from the screen, hydrate, and return with a clear head.
• Gambling is entertainment — if it stops feeling fun or starts creating stress, pause and seek support.

Protecting Vulnerable Players

bg252 is committed to identifying and protecting players who may be at risk. We monitor for sudden changes in betting patterns, extended playing sessions, and significant increases in deposits, all of which can indicate that a player is experiencing difficulties.

If you share a device with family members in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere else in Bangladesh, we encourage you to use device-level parental controls and browser-level content filters to prevent minors or vulnerable adults from accessing gambling content.

All player data and gambling activity records are stored securely using SSL encryption. Your account information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
